In celebration of a yogi’s mamahood.

So as its Mama’s Day, I thought I would take this time to share with you all a photo diary of what sharing my life with three little magic beans looks like. I’m sure many of you will look at these shots and relate on so many levels!  I guess the point I wanted to express, as I searched through my babies’ photos with tears in my eyes, was that these times – these exhausting, crazy, awkward, difficult, stressful and what sometimes seems like lonely times – could quite possibly be some of the most rewarding and best times of my life.

At the time some of these photos were taken, I really didn’t think I would say the “Best” times of my life, especially when I would fight for time, constantly battling with running my business, my dreams and goals, 3 kids different needs and attention, my household chores, my tired body, my relationship with my partner and my friends.  It was a constant pull of here and there, though it seems that these times have been lessons and sweet reminders of gratitude and mindfulness. Love wins over all the mess and exhaustion every time.  Love for my children, Love for my family and most of all the love I have found for myself.

In every photo, looking at them now, I smile and see love. The fact that we are all here together, healthy, growing and loving. Keeping things real and simple and mindful. Finding the gratitude in everything we do.

No time to search Mt Washing for matching socks!

Soooo tired with a new born, breastfeeding at the wee hours of the morning and knowing that you need to get up and get the other two kids ready for school!

It seems the dog needs attention also!

Practicing wherever you can, whenever you can, or just do it with the baby!

Thinking you finally have the baby to sleep and you have a quiet moment, only to end up getting a massage with tiny hands and feet!

Sharing the bed with all three of them! Will I sleep tonight?
