PLEASE NOTE: This is the online version of our Workshop Series, we also run physical events which include this course as your homework component.
Resources and Techniques
In this section we'll discuss the required resources you'll need and tutorials to develop your skills. We'll cover more tutorials as we proceed through the course, but these will get you started!
Fire Phase (Pre-Ovulation)
As you step out of your earth phase feeling renewed and energised a new type of energy arises. The fire in your belly has been lit and is burning bright with passion and motivation. You are stronger and sharper than ever before. The fire phase comes with an eagerness to start new projects and new beginnings with confidence and power. You become fiercely independent and ready to burn bright.
Air Phase (Ovulation)
This is our natural state of being as a woman, our “Mother Stage”. Our air phase is a celebration of the mother, the woman, the creator. A time where we feel gentle, attentive, nurturing and understanding. We will call upon our tribe for support and connection.
Water Phase (Pre-Menstrual)
Like water you go with the flow, flexible and understanding yet with strength and completely uncompromising. You have a creative desire to clear out mental clutter, to make space and build new order.
Earth Phase (Menstruation)
Honour your blood, your moon time, by creating your nest, prepare for your blood ritual. Set intentions for the month. To chose what is important for your limited energy during this phase, create healthy meals to nourish and nurture.
