Design The Life You Love With Gratitude

Every day when we wake, we have been given a new unique day, a gift, another moment of wonderful life.

Sometimes we can go about our day as if it doesn’t matter, But if we wake everyday with gratitude and purpose, we can create a life we will love. Small little moments of awareness starting from the moment you wake up, being grateful for another day, seeing the beauty all around, smelling it, feeling it, embracing this new moment.   You have never seen this day before and here it is, waiting for you to live it.

Create loving relationships and choose to spend your energy on them rather than on things that dont align with you, learn to say no as much as you say yes.

Change your mindset to help you focus your energy on your dharma, focus on your roll in the family and honour it as an important and good opportunity to support your family rather than just a job.

Find joy in the everyday things, stay in your awareness in every little moment, be present always.

Embrace the reality of the ebb and flows, the seasons of life. Dont let these moments pass you by with worry or grasping for the next best thing.

Take care of yourself, always show up for you.

Surround yourself with love and joy rather than more things.

Practice gratitude.

True simplicity begins when you learn to enjoy the amazing abundance that you already have.
